Early voting
Early voting begins 15 days before Election Day and ends at 5:00 PM the Monday before Election Day.
Absentee / mail-in
Application must be received by 7 days before Election Day (mail) or 1 day before (in person). Ballot must be received by 7:30 PM Election Day.
ID requirements
Photo ID required. Without one, you may cast a provisional ballot and provide ID by noon the Monday after Election Day.
Election Day hours
Polls open 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM local time. If you are in line at 7:30 PM, you can vote.

Extra info:

  • Arkansas does not have online voter registration — you must submit a paper form.
  • Acceptable photo IDs include Arkansas driver's license, state ID, US passport, military ID, and concealed handgun license.
  • You can request a free voter ID card from your county clerk.
